A large contractor answers this with a bench and a rate card. We answer it with names, because there are few enough of us that we can.
Step one
We read the problem, not the labor category. If the work needs a reverse engineer and the contract says systems engineer, we say so.
Step two
We put a named person on it who has done the thing before, and we tell you who they are.
Step three
They stay. Continuity is most of the value on a cleared program, and turnover is the thing our customers complain about elsewhere.

Most of what we do cannot be described here in any useful detail, which is a limitation every firm in this corridor shares. What we can tell you is the shape of it: long programs, cleared spaces, and customers who have already tried the obvious answer.

We invest in creating new work for the services we offer, which means the five areas above are a snapshot rather than a boundary. If your problem sits next to one of them rather than inside it, that is usually still a conversation worth having.
Most positions require a clearance and sit in Maryland or Northern Virginia, with openings in Texas and elsewhere. Send a resume and a person reads it.
